3月28日,2004年度国家科学技术奖励大会在人民大会堂隆重召开。中国建材集团副总经理兼中国建材研究院院长姚燕主持的《混凝土耐久性关键技术研究及工程应用》获得国家科学技术进步二等奖。该项目研究内容包括原材料质量和性能控制技术,混凝土耐久性设计和控制技术,破损混凝土工程的诊断和修补技术和混凝土安全性专家系统等30多个子题,是国内混凝土材料研究领域的最大项目之一;取得11项科技成果,发表中英文论文200余篇,利用研究成果制定相关标准、规范、方法、技术条件12项,建成相关生产线(基地)11条,有23项新材料、新技术实现了产业化;该项目研究成果总体达到国际先进水平,部分达到国际领先水平,在指导我国重点和大型混凝土工程建设的同时,唤起了我国政府部门和工程界对混凝土耐久性的高度重视。
