公务员考试是我国当前人才选拔的重要方式,考前焦虑是一种常见的心理障碍。笔者以考试焦虑量表TAI作为测量工具,从高职学校参加湖南省监狱劳教系统招录考试的考生中,随机抽取考生574人,进行考试焦虑测量发现,TAI量表在高职学生监狱劳教系统招录考试中具有较高的重测信度和校标效度,且高职考生的考试焦虑水平在不同性别上存在显著差异,女生的考试焦虑水平显著高于男生。
Civil service examination is an important way to select the current talents in our country. Pre-test anxiety is a common psychological obstacle. The author uses test anxiety scale TAI as a measurement tool, from high vocational schools to participate in Hunan Prisons detention system entrance examination candidates, randomly selected 574 candidates for examination of anxiety measurement found that TAI scale in the prison of higher vocational education system There is a high test-retest reliability and school-scale validity in recruiting test, and there is significant difference in test anxiety level among vocational students in different gender. The test anxiety level of female students is significantly higher than that of boys.
