通过对改良单交制种及普通单交制种的亲本及杂交种的比较鉴定表明:改良单交所用的母本姊妹交种比普通单交所用的母本自交系茎杆粗壮、植株高大、生长势强,抗病、抗倒、经济性状好,能极显著地提高制种产量,增产幅度在32.37%~405.74%;改良单交种与原单交种在生长势、抗病性、经济性状及产量上相近,无显著差异。从而为生产上以姊妹交种代替原母本进行改良单交制种的实施与推广提供了理论依据。
