The leaching of gold and silver by bioleaching with lead-zinc sulphide flotation tailings was carried out. Thiourea as a leaching agent instead of the traditional cyanide. If the direct thiourea leaching gold and silver recovery rate of only 23% and 45%, and leaching residues with bacterial leaching with thiourea, the results of gold and silver recovery rate of up to 92% and 78%. Thiobacillus thiobacteria ferrous thiourea-solubilizing bacteria tolerance and other tests show that the mixed biological method, the pre-oxidation of thiourea extraction of low-grade sulfide ore from the extraction of gold and silver is feasible.
