为了降低育苗成本、实现育苗基质的可持续利用,采用苗床试验和盆栽试验相结合的方法,将腐熟的蔗渣与河砂按不同比例配置成基质,研究了其培育壮苗的效果及经济效益。结果表明,40%蔗渣+60%河砂所育出的烟苗综合性状表现较好,符合漂浮育苗壮苗标准要求。因此,利用蔗渣与河砂来替代漂浮育苗中的基质是可行的,还可以减少肥料投入,节本增效369.8元/hm2以上,经济效益和生态效益明显。
In order to reduce the cost of seedling raising and realize the sustainable utilization of seedling raising matrix, the decomposed bagasse and river sand were arranged into matrix according to the method of seedbed test and pot experiment, and the effect and economic benefit of cultivating strong seedling were studied. The results showed that the comprehensive traits of tobacco seedlings raised by 40% bagasse + 60% river sand performed well, which accorded with the standard of floating nursery seedlings. Therefore, the use of bagasse and river sand to replace the floating seedling substrate is feasible, but also can reduce the input of fertilizer, saving 369.8 yuan / hm2 above section, obvious economic and ecological benefits.
