应用褶合曲线分析法，不经分离同时测定氯地眼药水中氯霉素、地塞米松以及对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的含量，平均回收率及相对标准差分别为：99．54％，0．20％；99．01％，0．22％；100．34％，0．63％。
Using convolution curve analysis, the average recoveries and relative standard deviations of chloramphenicol, dexamethasone and ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate in the eyedrops without chlorine were 99.54%, 0 .20%; 99.01%, 0.22%; 100.34%, 0.63%.
