本文选用福建省闽江河口的四幅陆地卫星MSS图象和数幅气象卫星AVHRR图象作为基本资料,通过对这些图象特征信息的提取和增强处理,结合地面实测资料进行了悬浮泥沙浓度的定量计算及解译判读,着重分析了闽江口及其邻近海域悬浮泥沙分布范围和扩散方式,入海水流运动特征和近海流场,梅花水道浅滩地形的近期动态变迁及其对河口外沙浅滩航道稳定性的影响等问题。并据分析结果,就闽江口航道整治提出了必须注意的一些问题。
