基于弧齿锥齿轮展成加工原理,推导了各数控(NC)轴运动表达式,研究刀盘转速、数控轴联动速度和单步插补角度等参数对齿面平均残留高度的影响规律,建立了两者之间的耦合关系,在此基础上完成了切齿验证试验。结果表明:在降低齿面平均残留高度方面,刀片旋转切削速度的改变影响很小,数控轴联动移动速度的影响略有增加,单步插补度数的影响最为显著,实验结果和理论分析结果一致,验证了本文理论的正确性。
Based on the machining principle of spiral bevel gear, the NC axis motion expressions are deduced. The influences of cutterhead speed, NC linkage speed and single-step interpolation angle on the average residual height of tooth flank are studied. The coupling relationship between the two, on the basis of this completed tooth cutting validation test. The results show that the influence of the moving speed of the numerical control axis is slightly increased, and the effect of single-step interpolation degree is the most significant. The experimental results are in agreement with the theoretical analysis , Verify the correctness of the theory of this article.
