China-North Korea crude oil pipeline is intermittently transported at very low volume over a long period of time and operates under conditions of river flow crossing and rapid temperature drop, resulting in frequent shutdown and restarting, thus reducing the flow safety of the pipeline and thus necessitating Conduct a comprehensive flow safety assessment of the pipeline. According to the production and operation data of the pipeline for nearly three years, the distribution rules of the key parameters influencing the flow safety, such as flow rate, outbound temperature and ground temperature, were checked and the collected production operation data were analyzed and counted by using automatic statistical analysis software , The initial safety probability is taken as an indicator to give the recommended safety output for each month, and the existing allowable stopping time of Sino-DPR oil pipeline is checked, and a new evaluation result of flow safety is given. The results provide a reference for the safe operation of crude oil pipelines in China and North Korea.
