1999年,组织上任命陈涛同志为张完乡党委书记,他放弃城里优越的生活环境,肩背薄被来到张完这个偏僻的农业乡,埋头苦干,一晃就是4年。4年里他骑车下乡,足迹踏遍全乡29个行政村,记录了10本民情日记,帮助农民解决问题500多条,处理突发事件13起,信访案件16起。张完乡连续数年被市、县评为“信访三无”乡镇,陈涛同志连续几年被评为县级稳定工作先进个人。
In 1999, Comrade Chen Tao was appointed as secretary of the Party Committee of Chang Hsiang-hsiang in the organization. He gave up the superior living environment in the city. The thin shoulder was brought to Zhang Wan, a remote agricultural town, for four years. In 4 years, he rode to the countryside and traveled to 29 administrative villages throughout the country, recorded 10 diary of diathesis to help peasants solve more than 500 problems, dealt with 13 emergencies and 16 letters and petitions.
