构建适应国家现代产业体系建设要求的有机衔接、多元立交的现代职业教育体系,统筹推进中等和高等职业教育协调发展,是当前教育工作特别是职业教育工作的一项战略目标和重要任务。文章依据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》,结合当前国家推动职业教育改革发展的战略举措和铜仁职业技术学院的办学实际,参考一些知名职教专家的理论研究成果,借鉴发达国家建设职业教育体系的经验,尝试对现代职业教育的内涵特征、体系建设及发展进行了解读。
It is a strategic objective and an important task for the current education work, especially for vocational education, to build a modern vocational education system that meets the requirements of the construction of a modern national industrial system and has an organic cohesion and pluralistic interchange, and to promote the coordinated development of secondary and higher vocational education. Based on the “Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)”, combined with the current national strategic initiatives to promote the reform and development of vocational education and Tongren Vocational and Technical College’s actual operation, referring to the theoretical research results of some well-known vocational teachers, Draw lessons from the experience of developed countries in building vocational education system, try to interpret the connotation characteristics, system construction and development of modern vocational education.
