目的研究降纤酶在脑梗死急性期治疗过程中对活化部分凝血活酶时间、血浆凝血酶原时间及血液流变学的影响。方法 64例脑梗死急性期患者,根据数字随机法分成对照组与观察组,每组32例。对照组给予右旋糖酐和维脑路通治疗,观察组给予降纤酶治疗。对比两组患者活化部分凝血活酶时间、血浆凝血酶原时间及血液流变学变化。结果经过2个疗程治疗后,两组患者活化部分凝血活酶时间均有改善,观察组改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血浆凝血酶原时间改善情况、血液流变学改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用降纤酶治疗脑梗死急性期患者疗效理想,能明显改善脑梗死急性期患者活化部分凝血活酶时间和血浆凝血酶原时间、血液流变学等指标,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of defibrase on activated partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin time and hemorheology in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty-four patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into control group and observation group according to the digital random method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with dextran and venlaton and the observation group was treated with defibrase. Comparison of activated partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin time and hemorheological changes between the two groups. Results After two courses of treatment, the activated partial thromboplastin time was improved in both groups, and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of defibrase in patients with acute cerebral infarction patients ideal effect, can significantly improve the patients with acute cerebral infarction in activated partial thromboplastin time and plasma prothrombin time, hemorheology and other indicators, it is worth promoting the application.
