作者采用特异内皮素(ET)抗体,通过放射免疫分析法,检测了40名健康人血浆ET水平.同时,对其中20名分别持续观察了150min内的6次空腹及试餐后(面食150g,水100ml)血浆ET水平的动态变化.结果表明:40名健康人血浆ET含量均值为11.53±5.78ng/L;男性为13.14±6.12ng/L女性为11.38±5.80ng/L(P>0.05);大于30岁年龄组为12.87±6.06ng/L,小于30岁年龄组为9.06±4.78ng/L(P<0.05).空腹组血浆ET平均含量波动于12.75~14.31ng/L,试餐组波动于6.53~10.55ng/L试餐组150min内6次血浆ET水平均低于空腹组(P<0.05~0.01).提示进面食餐对ET的释放有抑制效应.作者认为,这种抑制效应对保护胃肠粘膜和帮助食物消化吸收具有重要的生理意义.
The authors used specific endothelin (ET) antibodies to detect plasma ET levels in 40 healthy individuals by radioimmunoassay. At the same time, the dynamic changes of plasma ET levels in sixteen fasting and postprandial meals (pasta 150g, water 100ml) within 150min were observed continuously for 20 of them respectively. The results showed that the average plasma ET level of 40 healthy people was 11.53 ± 5.78ng / L, that of males was 13.14 ± 6.12ng / L, and that of females was 11.38 ± 5.80ng / L (P> 0.05 ). The mean age was 12.87 ± 6.06ng / L in the group over 30 years old and 9.06 ± 4.78ng / L in the group under 30 years old (P <0.05). The mean plasma ET level in fasting group fluctuated from 12.75 to 14.31 ng / L, and the plasma ET levels in the test group fluctuated from 6.53 to 10.55 ng / L in 6 months in the test meal group (P < 0.05 ~ 0.01).
