回顾我国企业文化建设的历史过程,分析当前现状,笔者认为我国企业文化建设中存在四个重点误区,造成发展偏差和失效。对存在问题要给以系统性重视,加强理论研究和指导,要正确处理好企业文化与社会文化的关系,注重企业环境变化对企业文化发展的影响。做到发展中国的企业文化一定要立足于本国文化的背景,结合本国企业管理实践和现代化进程,同时也要借鉴国外关于企业文化研究的理论和方法,建设有中国特色的社会主义的企业文化。
Reviewing the historical process of our country’s corporate culture construction and analyzing the current situation, the author believes that there are four major misunderstandings in the construction of corporate culture in our country, resulting in the development bias and failure. Give systematic attention to existing problems, strengthen theoretical research and guidance, properly handle the relationship between corporate culture and social culture, and pay attention to the impact of corporate environmental changes on the development of corporate culture. To achieve the goal of developing China’s corporate culture, we must base ourselves on the background of our own culture, combine with the practice of our country’s enterprise management and the process of modernization, and draw lessons from foreign theories and methods on corporate culture research to build a socialist enterprise culture with Chinese characteristics.
