西德电站联盟以莱采尼克为团长的九人代表团,应二机部二局总工程师曹本溪的邀请,于一九八○年九月二十三日至十月二日在北京进行了技术座谈和参观。二机部姜圣阶副部长宴请了西德电站联盟代表团。姜副部长在宴会上作了重要讲话。他指出,我国人大常委会已任命了能源委员会,正在制订包括核能规划在内的能源规划。 代表团举行了一天报告会和两天半技术座谈会。报告会上介绍了西德电站联盟研究设计核电站的发展
The nine-member delegation led by the Sidi Union led by Lednick was invited by Cao Benxi, Chief Engineer of the Second Engineers’ Bureau, to be in Beijing from September 23 to October 2, 1980 Technical discussion and visit. Deputy Minister Jiang Shengjie of the Second Machine Division hosted a delegation of the West German Power Station Alliance. Vice Foreign Minister Jiang made an important speech at the banquet. He pointed out: China’s NPC Standing Committee has appointed the Energy Commission and is formulating an energy plan that includes nuclear energy planning.
