本文对武汉口岸1991～1993年间的21079名出国人员进行传染病监测体检结果进行了分析。检出传染病及感染者共965例,占4.58％。其中HBsAg阳性662名占首位,其次为病毒性肝炎267例。

本文对武汉口岸1991～1993年间的21079名出国人员进行传染病监测体检结果进行了分析。检出传染病及感染者共965例,占4.58％。其中HBsAg阳性662名占首位,其次为病毒性肝炎267例。还检出梅毒16例,肺结核17例。检查结果显示三年来出国体检人员逐年增多,传染性疾病及感染者检出率也有增高趋势。
In this paper, 21,979 migrant workers from Wuhan Port from 1991 to 1993 were investigated for their infectious diseases surveillance results. A total of 965 cases of infectious diseases and infections were detected, accounting for 4.58%. Among them, 662 were positive for HBsAg, followed by 267 cases of viral hepatitis. Syphilis was also detected in 16 cases, 17 cases of tuberculosis. Inspection results show that the number of medical examiners going abroad has been increasing year by year in three years, and the detection rates of infectious diseases and infections have also risen.
