I choose dog issue as the starting point of my paper，for I have seen many stray dogs everywhere and also some domestic dogs have no suitable place to live，enjoy little care and have little rights.
As to those stray dogs，there are many stray dogs one can see on the street.These dogs are running across roads，sidewalks even highways.Many stray dogs’ dead bodies are seen on the street，for they lack of care and training about how to cross streets.Last summer，when my sister and I were driving，a little dog the size of my palm came to our sight just running face to face with us，I asked my sister to brake immediately.Then we came out，my sister love the little dog very much and took it home.She gave the little dog a bath and gave it some milk to drink，it was so hungry that it licks up all the milk immediately，then my sister brought up some more milk for it.These kind of thing had happened many times，I had seen many dogs when I was driving.There was some time when those stray dogs are intending to attack passengers.These dogs were lack of attendance from people.These dogs are homeless dogs who lack food to eat，who have to drink some water which is dirty and not drinkable，they lack a suitable place to sleep in，let alone getting some routine medical care and get medical treatment when they are suffering.
But is it better of domestic dogs？ Do they enjoy a very enjoyable life？ The answer is definitely “no”.The dog which belongs to my neighbor had just dead a week ago for it had eaten some dead pigs’ meat.He is usually put outside the house of my neighbor，even it is raining，or snowing.Even in a night，I was waken up by the noise made by the dog，for it had been bitten by something and it is incessant barking.I came out of my house to see what happened，and seen there was nothing just the dog with it bleeding leg.I go back my house and bring some bondage to bind up the wound.After a long time，my neighbor came out and gave it several heavy kicks，he began to stop barking and retreated to its own “house” with cry.The dog is also seen usually slipped into others’ house to look for some food，for its host usually forget to feed it.I had seen it slipped into my house for several times and I gave it something to eat and it came to my house often，but which is obviously not sustainable for long periods.After a month my mother asked me to make the door fast instead of closing it a little bit.It had not come to my house from that time on.After some time，it was said to have eaten some meat of the dead pigs in the open country and its dead body had been found not far from the body of the dead pigs.These are the conditions which dogs really in，they need to be placed under a safe and suitable environment，to enjoy some rights which belong to them.I want to write this paper to raise more attention for dogs，the present conditions of dogs and how should one do to better raise a dog.In one word，pay more attention to dogs. I choose National Geographic as the magazine to publish my article，the column the article can be reached at could be the animals.In the Animals of the National Geographic，there are news about different kinds of animals，which shows people many rare animals and things about animals.Many of the articles are written intending for one to behave better to save and protect those animals by doing what is advocated in articles.Audiences of National Geographic are mainly someone who love geography or ones who are of high-quality，those people are paying more attention to animals，environment and also they have money to travel and adventure a lot.In part of animals，the audiences are usually ones who love animals and who intending to know more about animals and intending to protect animals to make them conserve for a longer time.To make these high-quality ones as the target audience can greatly improve the effect of the article to call upon people to do the above things in the article.
To be better fit the segment---animals in National Geographic，I had collected information about what is usually said in this part and had changed certain information in my article to better fit its “main idea”.
All in all，it is one’s responsibility to make one’s dog to enjoy certain rights belong to them by doing the above things which are mentioned in the first part.
