惠州梅菜是我国一项传统土特出口产品,年出口量约占全国的三分之一,在国际市场上有一定声誉。但近年质量下降严重,售价下落幅度较大,市场不振。其中原因何在?文章总结了三个主要因素,并提出发展梅菜生产基地,改进包装,加强广告宣传,开发甜型梅菜四条措施。
Huizhou Meicai is a traditional native special export product in China. It exports about one third of the country’s total annual output and has a certain reputation in the international market. However, in recent years, the quality has dropped seriously, the price drop has been relatively large, and the market has been sluggish. What are the reasons? The article summarizes the three main factors, and proposes four measures for the development of a production base for meisca, improvement of packaging, promotion of advertising, and development of sweet mee vegetables.
