对牛黄蛇胆川贝胶囊镇咳、平喘、抗炎作用进行了动物实验。结果发现 :动物按 0 .1 5、0 .3和 0 .6g生药 / kg给药 ,与正常对照组 0 .5 %羧甲基纤维素钠 (CMC— Na)比较 :1能使氨水引起小鼠咳嗽的次数明显减少 ,提高电刺激引起猫咳嗽的阈值 ;2明显抑制由组胺和乙酰胆碱混合物引致豚鼠的哮喘 ;3显著性对抗二甲苯导致的小鼠耳肿胀 ,抑制蛋清引致大鼠的足肿胀和抑制棉球引致大鼠的肉芽增生。结果提示 :牛黄蛇胆川贝胶囊具有显著的镇咳、平喘、抗炎的功效。
Animal experiments were conducted on the antitussive, antiasthmatic and anti-inflammatory effects of Niuhuang Shedan Chuanbei Capsule.
