目的:研究人胎儿膀胱的肥大细胞的组织化学性质的变化。材料和方法:取43例不同胎龄的人胎儿膀胱切片做HE染色和AB-S染色并测定肥大细胞的临界电解质浓度值及硫酸小蘖硷荧光染色。结果:6月龄前肥大细胞数量少,其颗粒经 TB染色呈淡紫蓝色,AB-S染色呈蓝色,临界电解质浓度值偏低,其颗粒的糖胺多糖的硫酸化程度偏低;6月龄后肥大细胞数量则明显增多,颗粒经TB染色呈深紫红色,AB-S染色出现红色及红蓝混合色,临界电解质浓度值偏高,颗粒的糖胺多糖的硫酸化程度也偏高,可合肝素。结论:在人胎儿膀胱发育中肥大细胞的组化性质发生了明显改变。
OBJECTIVE: To study the histochemical changes of human fetal bladder mast cells. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Thirty-four human fetus with different gestational ages were stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HE) and AB-S, and the critical electrolyte concentration of mast cells and the fluorescence of Berberine sulfate were determined. Results: The number of mast cells was small before 6 months of age. The particles were blue-purple by TB staining, blue by AB-S staining, low critical electrolyte concentration, and the degree of sulfation of glycosaminoglycan was low. After 6 months of age, the number of mast cells was significantly increased. The particles were stained by TB deep purple red, AB-S staining of red and red and blue mixed color, the critical electrolyte concentration is high, the degree of particle glycosaminoglycan sulfation is also partial High, can be combined with heparin. Conclusion: The histochemical properties of mast cells in human fetal bladder development have changed significantly.
