重点对昆钢2500 m~3高炉低品位、高渣比生产条件下的经济煤比进行探讨。2500m~3高炉的入炉品位从开炉初期57.5%左右降低到54%以下,渣比升高到450 kg/t以上。着重从煤粉燃烧率、燃料比、铁水成本、理论燃烧温度、炉腹煤气量的控制、理论煤焦置换比,以及高炉操作管理等方面,探讨了2500 m~3高炉的经济煤比。认为,在昆钢目前这种低品位、高渣比生产条件下,2500m~3高炉将煤比控制在150~170kg/t范围内是最经济的。
Focus on Kunming Iron and Steel 2500 m ~ 3 low-grade blast furnace, high-slag ratio of economic coal production conditions to explore. 2500m ~ 3 into the furnace blast furnace grade from about 57.5% down to 54%, slag ratio increased to 450 kg / t or more. That the current low-grade Kunming Iron and Steel, high slag production conditions, 2500m ~ 3 blast furnace coal ratio control in the range of 150 ~ 170kg / t is the most economical.
