On the morning of January 30, Liu Nianzu, deputy mayor, presided over a meeting to study and solve problems such as construction land and compensation for the Zhu-Rui line of the Zhujiang Power Plant. Attending the meeting were responsible comrades of the Municipal Planning Commission, the Construction Committee, the Planning Bureau, the Land and Resources Bureau, the Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau, the Haizhu District Government, the Municipal Land Acquisition Office, and the Huaneng Power Development Corporation Guangzhou Branch. The meeting held that the construction of the Zhurui Line of the Zhujiang Power Plant has important implications for ensuring that the construction period is completed on time and the power generation is put into operation.
