随着我国社会形式的不断改变,人们的思想观和价值观也发生了很大的变化。在新时期的背景下,现在实行的法律监督制度,已经不能满足检查机关的执法需求,造成了人民检察院在行驶监督职权时,出现执法混乱的现象,不能为人民提供更好的服务,完善人民检察院的监督职能,已经是目前我们首要的工作。本文以此为切入点,首先分析了法律监督的基本依据,阐述了人民检察院法律监督的基本内容,进而提出了几点完善的措施。
