针对球形铁磁颗粒密度较大、易磁化产生涡流损耗的缺点,用一个简单的化学还原法在常温常压下制备了铁纳米线。将质量分数为40%的铁纳米线颗粒与石蜡混合,制得测试样品。结果表明:最小反射损耗达到了-27dB,而且在C波段和Ku波段都有着良好的吸波性。这主要是由于铁纳米线结构具有高各向异性、较大的比表面积等使其形成了更多的界面极化和界面反射,从而提高了电磁吸波性能。同时,采用的原位还原法操作简单、温和,且不需要特殊要求,成本低、耗时短,能够用于工业生产。
Aiming at the disadvantage of larger density of spherical ferromagnetic particles and eddy current loss due to easy magnetization, a simple chemical reduction method was used to prepare iron nanowires at normal temperature and pressure. The mass fraction of 40% of the iron nanowire particles and paraffin mixed to prepare a test sample. The results show that the minimum reflection loss reaches -27dB, and it has a good wave absorption in C-band and Ku-band. This is mainly due to the high anisotropy of the iron nanowires structure, the larger specific surface area and so on to form more interface polarization and interface reflection, thereby enhancing the electromagnetic wave absorption performance. At the same time, the in situ reduction method used is simple, gentle and does not require special requirements, low cost, short time-consuming, can be used for industrial production.
