采用溶液共混法制备了羧甲基纤维素钠/凹凸棒石复合材料和羧甲基纤维素钠/改性凹凸棒石复合材料。通过SEM和FT-IR对所制备的两种复合材料的表面形貌和改性凹凸棒石与羧甲基纤维钠的相互作用进行了表征。探讨了凹凸棒石和改性凹凸棒石用量对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:凹凸棒石和改性凹凸棒石都能与羧甲基纤维素钠良好结合并显著提高复合材料的力学性能;当凹凸棒石用量为羧甲基纤维素钠质量的1.4%时,羧甲基纤维素钠/凹凸棒石复合材料的力学性能较好;当改性凹凸棒石用量为羧甲基纤维素钠质量的1.4%时,羧甲基纤维素钠/改性凹凸棒石复合材料的表面致密,力学性能较好且优于羧甲基纤维素钠/凹凸棒石复合材料。
Sodium carboxymethylcellulose / attapulgite composites and sodium carboxymethylcellulose / modified attapulgite composites were prepared by solution blending method. The surface morphology of the prepared two composites and the interaction between the modified attapulgite and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose were characterized by SEM and FT-IR. The effect of the amount of attapulgite and modified attapulgite on the mechanical properties of the composites was discussed. The results showed that both attapulgite and modified attapulgite could well combine with sodium carboxymethylcellulose and improve the mechanical properties of the composites significantly. When the content of attapulgite was 1.4% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, The mechanical properties of sodium methyl cellulose / attapulgite composites were better. When the amount of modified attapulgite was 1.4% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose / modified attapulgite The surface of the material is dense, the mechanical properties are better and better than the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose / attapulgite composite material.
