对激光冲击诱导的应力波峰值压力进行了理论估算,提出了激光参数的选择原则。对铝合金2024T62进行的激光冲击试验的结果表明,经冲击试件的疲劳寿命获得了很大程度的提高。最后对激光冲击强化的机理进行了初步分析。
The theoretical calculation of the peak pressure induced by laser shock was made and the principle of laser parameter selection was proposed. The results of the laser impact test on the aluminum alloy 2024T62 show that the fatigue life of the impact specimen has been greatly improved. Finally, the mechanism of laser shock enhancement is analyzed preliminarily.
