2004年10月16日-31日,国家安全生产监督管理总局安全生产监督管理考察团一行8人,赴英国、德国就重大危险源的监察和监控情况进行了访问和考察。在英、德期间,访问了英国职业健康与安全执行局(HSE)危险设备指导委员会、德国工业安全委员会北德分会等安全生产监察管理机构,考察了行业管理部门、安全中介公司以及我国大型企业的海外派驻机构的安全生产管理情况。
From October 16 to 31, 2004, 8 people from the State Administration of Work Safety on Production Safety Supervision and Management visited and inspected the monitoring and control of major dangerous sources in Britain and Germany.
