一、九五年科技工作的回顾1.抓好技术开发和科研项目的立项、实施、验收、鉴定工作,项目水平比往年有较大提高。95年由省经委、省科委、省计委、省国民经济信息化领导小组办公室和国家计量下达立项的项目共54项,其中省经委下达33项;省科委下达12项,结转11项;省计委下达1项;省国民经济信息化领导小组办公室下达7项;国家计委下达1项。95年通过科技成果鉴定的项目6项,省级新产品鉴定16项,电子信息技术推广应用项目鉴定2项。
Review of Scientific and Technological Work in the First and Ninth Five Years 1. Grasp the establishment, implementation, acceptance and appraisal of technological development and scientific research projects. The project level has been greatly improved over previous years. In 1995, there were 54 projects approved by the Provincial Economic Commission, Provincial Science and Technology Commission, Provincial Planning Commission, Provincial Economic Information Leading Group Office, and national measurement projects, of which 33 were issued by the Provincial Economic Commission; 12 were issued by the Provincial Committee of Science and Technology, and 11 were carried forward. The project was issued by the Provincial Planning Commission; the Provincial Office of the Leading Group for the Information Economy of the People’s Republic of China issued seven projects; the State Planning Commission issued one. In 1995, there were 6 items approved by scientific and technological achievements, 16 new products identified by provincial level, and 2 items identified by popularization and application of electronic information technology.
