【目的】比较三种脱敏剂治疗洁牙后牙本质过敏症（dentinal hypersensitivity ，DH）的临床疗效。【方法】选取洁牙后出现DH的患者102例，分别使用3M ClinproTM WhiteVarnish氟保护剂（3M 组）、高露洁脱敏抛光膏（高露洁组）、75％氟化钠甘油糊剂（甘油组）进行脱敏治疗，采用冷空气喷吹法检测患牙治疗前后的敏感程度，比较三组脱敏疗效。【结果】三组经过脱敏治疗后，牙本质敏感症状均有所改善，3M 组和高露洁组的疗效均明显优于甘油组（ P ＜0．01），但3M组和高露洁组间比较无统计学差异（ P ＞0．05）。【结论】3M 氟保护剂和高露洁脱敏抛光膏对即刻改善洁牙后DH有较好的疗效，值得临床推广应用。“,”[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacies of three different desensitizers for dentinal hypersensi‐tivity after supragigival scaling .[Methods]A total of 102 patients including 282 teeth with dentinal hypersensitivi‐ty after supragigival scaling were selected .Desensitization was randomly performed with 3M ClinproTM White Var‐nish ,Colgate Sensitive Pro‐ReliefTM and 75% sodium fluoride glycerol .Air blast dentinal hypersensitivity exami‐nation was performed to observe the outcomes .[Results]Significant reductions occurred in three groups after de‐sensitization .The efficacies of 3M ClinproTM White Varnish and Colgate Sensitive Pro‐ReliefTM were better than that of 75% sodium fluoride glycerol .But no significant difference existed between 3M ClinproTM White Varnish and Colgate Sensitive Pro‐ReliefTM ( P >0 .05) .[Conclusion] 3M ClinproTM White Varnish and Colgate Sensitive Pro‐ReliefTM have excellent efficacies for an instant relief of dentinal hypersensitivity .
