目的采用气相色谱法测定艳山姜中桉油精的含量。方法用挥发油提取器回流提取,采用SE-54毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.53 mm,0.5μm)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,柱温为70℃,气化和检测温度为200℃,载气为氮气,流速为40mL·min-1,进样量5μL,用外标法计算艳山姜药材中的桉油精。结果桉油精1.33~11.93μg与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9998);加样回收率为101.0%,RSD=1.45%(n=6)。结论所用方法准确、重复性好,可为艳山姜的质量标准研究提供参考。
Objective To determine the content of eucalyptol in Yam Ginger by gas chromatography. The method was separated by SE-54 capillary column (30 m × 0.53 mm, 0.5 μm) and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. The column temperature was 70 ℃, the gasification and detection temperature was 200 ℃, The carrier gas was nitrogen, the flow rate was 40mL · min-1, the injection volume was 5μL, and the eucalyptol was determined by external standard method. Results The linear range of 1.33 ~ 11.93μg eucalyptol to peak area was good (r = 0.9998). The recoveries of eucalyptol were 101.0% and RSD was 1.45% (n = 6). Conclusion The method used is accurate and reproducible, which can provide reference for the quality standard of Yam Ginger.
