目的比较远视屈光参差性弱视儿童弱视眼与非弱视眼视网膜黄斑中心凹及视盘周围神经纤维层厚度的差异,探讨远视屈光参差性弱视视网膜是否存在组织病理学改变。方法收集4~7岁远视屈光参差性弱视患者43例(86眼),测量双眼黄斑中心凹厚度、视盘周围神经纤维层厚度,统计分析弱视眼与非弱视眼视神经纤维层是否存在差异及眼轴、屈光度、视力是否与神经纤维层厚度有相关性。结果弱视眼黄斑中心凹厚度较非弱视眼厚,P=0.01。弱视眼和非弱视眼视盘周围神经纤维层平均厚度无显著差异,φP=0.89。屈光度、眼轴及最佳矫正视力与黄斑中心凹厚度及视盘周围神经纤维层厚度均无显著相关性(P值分别为0.25,0.09;0.37,0.23;0.86,0.66)。结论视远性屈光参差性弱视患者视网膜黄斑中心凹较正常眼增厚,而视盘周围神经纤维层厚度无明显差别。
Objective To compare the difference of foveal thickness between the macular fovea and optic nerve around the optic amblyopia children with amblyopic children with hyperopic hyperreflexia and with non-amblyopic eyes and to explore the histopathological changes of hyperopic eyes with refractive anisotropy amblyopia. Methods Forty-three eyes (43 eyes) with anisometropic amblyopia were collected from 4 to 7 years old. The foveal thickness of the macular fovea and the thickness of the nerve fiber layer around the optic disc were measured. The differences of optic nerve fiber layer between the amblyopic and non-amblyopic eyes were statistically analyzed. Axis, diopter, visual acuity and nerve fiber layer thickness is related. Results The thickness of the fovea in the amblyopic eyes was thicker than that in the non-amblyopia eyes, P = 0.01. There was no significant difference in the average thickness of the nerve fiber layers between the amblyopic and non-amblyopia optic discs, φP = 0.89. There was no significant correlation between diopter, axial length and best corrected visual acuity (P = 0.25,0.09; 0.37,0.23; 0.86,0.66 respectively) and the foveal thickness of the fovea and the thickness of the optic nerve around the optic disc. Conclusions The foveal foveal of patients with distant ametropia amblyopia is thicker than that of the normal eyes, while there is no significant difference in the thickness of optic nerve fiber around optic disc.
