近几年,我国及各省经济增速下滑,其中辽宁省经济增速下滑较快。本文从企业专利活动入手,比较分析了辽宁省规模以上工业企业专利活动与全国平均水平和先进省市之间的差距,认为辽宁经济增速下滑较快,与企业创新能力不足有一定关系。本文以实证方式说明了专利活动与企业创新和发展、专利活动与地区创新驱动和经济增长之间的关系,并对提升辽宁省企业创新能力提出了政策建议。
In recent years, the economic growth in our country and various provinces has been declining. Among them, the economic growth in Liaoning Province has been declining rapidly. This paper starts with the patent activities of enterprises and compares the gap between the patent activities of industrial enterprises above designated size and the national average and the advanced provinces and cities in Liaoning Province. It thinks that the economic growth of Liaoning is declining rapidly and has some relationship with the lack of innovation ability of enterprises. This paper empirically illustrates the relationship between patent activity and enterprise innovation and development, patent activity and regional innovation-driven and economic growth, and puts forward some policy suggestions on how to enhance the innovation capability of enterprises in Liaoning Province.
