虎耳草,别名金钱吊芙蓉,虎耳草科虎耳草属多年生常绿草本。叶心状圆形,叶面满生白茸毛,呈淡白绿色,叶背面与叶柄酱红色。叶数片全基生或有时1～2年生茎下部,呈束状。基生匍匐茎细长,沿地向前延伸,茎端生出芽苗,犹如金钱吊芙蓉,随处可发生新株。有时沿墙壁或假山向高处攀援。5～8月开花,圆锥花序,白色小花上洒深红色斑点。花瓣5,下2瓣特大,披针形,上3瓣较小,卵形,下2瓣要比上3瓣大3倍。
Saxifraga, alias money hanging Hibiscus, saxifrage saxifrage is a perennial evergreen herb.
