Since the comprehensive reform of Shanghai’s community health service, launched in 2005, has taken the lead in piloting in Changning and Songjiang districts, it has been gradually improved through practical improvement. How effective is this reform, whether urban and rural residents have seen any changes in their medical treatment? When a series of policies are in place, are they satisfied? What are the requirements? A report on the social satisfaction of pilot units in the comprehensive reform of community health services in Nanhui District Answering these questions, some data and opinions can also help us to think about and find the space for improving the quality of community healthcare services. From November to December 2007, the Shanghai Quality Association User Evaluation Center was commissioned by the Nanhui District Community Health Service Management Center to build Kangqiao and Six Stoves in Nanhui District.
