目的:为了进一步了解鳖甲浸出液抑制人肠癌细胞(HR-8348)的作用机理。方法:作者在以前工作的基础上,通过光镜、电镜观察不同浓度的鳖甲浸出液作用后对肠癌细胞形态学改变的影响。结果:低浓度鳖甲浸出液对肠癌细胞无明显改变,其改变程度随鳖甲浸出液浓度的增高而增加。表现为细胞表面微绒毛的逐渐消失,细胞排列稀疏,核分裂减少,胞浆内空泡,有的细胞器模糊不清或线粒体肿张,泡状内质网,细胞核染色质稀疏,核裂解或变空。结论:以鳖甲加5-Fu联合作用后的细胞形态改变更显著,进一步证实了鳖甲浸出液有抗肠癌作用,与5-Fu联用效果更佳。
Objective: To further understand the mechanism of action of Biejia leaching solution on human colon cancer cell line (HR-8348). Methods: On the basis of previous work, the author observed the morphological changes of colorectal cancer cells by light and electron microscope after different concentrations of Bierkaxo leachate. Results: Low concentration of turtle leaching solution on the no significant changes in intestinal cells, the degree of change with the increase in the concentration of turtle extract increased. Microvilli on the cell surface disappeared, the cells arranged in sparse, decreased nuclear fission, cytoplasmic vacuoles, some organelles fuzzy or mitochondrial swelling, endoplasmic reticulum, nuclear chromatin sparse, nuclear cracking or empty . CONCLUSION: The morphological changes of cells after adding turtle A and 5-Fu are more significant. It further confirms that the extract of turtle shell has anti-intestinal cancer effect and is more effective than 5-Fu.
