目的对不同评价方法进行分析,建立客观的医疗器械清洗效果的评价方法。方法采用ATP生物荧光法检测医疗器械清洗效果,同时与肉眼裸视法、校正视力法作平行比较。结果肉眼裸视法、校正视力法、ATP生物荧光法评价30件手工清洗医疗器械,合格率分别为73.33%、73.33%、40.00%;评价30件机械清洗医疗器械,合格率分别为66.67%、66.67%、80.00%。3种评价方法相符的为60.00%。结论 ATP生物荧光法能客观、有效评价医疗器械清洗效果,避免主观人为因素的影响,但医疗器械清洗合格的判定标准还应深入研究。
Objective To analyze different evaluation methods and establish an objective method for evaluating the cleaning effect of medical devices. Methods ATP biofluorescence was used to detect the cleaning effect of medical devices. At the same time, the method was compared with naked vision method and corrected visual acuity method. Results A total of 30 manual cleaning medical devices were evaluated by naked eye method, corrected visual acuity and ATP biofluorescence. The pass rates were 73.33%, 73.33% and 40.00% respectively. The qualified rate of 30 mechanical cleaning medical devices was 66.67% 66.67%, 80.00%. The three evaluation methods are in line with 60.00%. Conclusion ATP biofluorescence method can objectively and effectively evaluate the cleaning effect of medical devices and avoid the influence of subjective human factors. However, the criteria for determining the eligibility of medical device cleaning should be further studied.
