目的:考察中药含油水体超滤液理化参数与反渗透膜过程相关性。方法:以中药挥发油含油水体超滤液为研究对象,测定其理化参数、反渗透膜过程通量随时间的变化,通过数据挖掘技术,探索理化参数与膜过程的相关性。结果:对于中药含油水体超滤液,影响复合反渗透膜稳定膜通量的主要因素:超滤液的浊度和pH;影响复合反渗透膜通量下降速率的主要因素:超滤液的电导率和pH。结论:中药含油水体超滤液的理化性质,特别是pH,是影响膜过程的重要因素。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between the physical and chemical parameters of ultrafiltrate and the process of reverse osmosis membrane in oil-bearing water of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Taking the ultrafiltrate of volatile oil-bearing water as the research object, the physical and chemical parameters and the flux of the reverse osmosis membrane were measured. The data mining technology was used to explore the correlation between the physical and chemical parameters and the membrane process. Results: For the ultrafiltrate of Chinese traditional medicine oil-water bodies, the main factors that affect the flux of the composite membrane were the turbidity and pH of the ultrafiltrate, the main factors influencing the rate of decline of the composite reverse osmosis membrane flux, the conductance of the ultrafiltrate Rate and pH. Conclusion: The physicochemical properties, especially pH, of the ultrafiltrate of oil-bearing water in Chinese medicine is an important factor affecting the membrane process.
