简要分析了高炉鼓风动能的影响因素和控制方法,基于首钢京唐两座5500m~3高炉生产数据的统计分析,重点探讨了大型高炉合理鼓风动能的范围。结果表明:合理的鼓风动能和高炉料柱透气性密切相关,通过调整焦炭负荷和布料矩阵等,可以改善高炉料柱的透气性;不同的高炉应根据实际情况选择合理的鼓风动能,针对京唐2座5500m~3高炉而言,鼓风动能应控制在115~149kJ/s,风速为236~259m/s。
The influencing factors and control methods of blast furnace blast kinetic energy are briefly analyzed. Based on the statistical analysis of the production data of two 5500m ~ 3 blast furnaces in Shougang Jingtang, the reasonable blasting kinetic energy of large blast furnace is discussed. The results show that the reasonable blast kinetic energy is closely related to the air permeability of the blast furnace column, and the air permeability of the blast furnace column can be improved by adjusting the coke load and fabric matrix. Different blast furnaces should select reasonable blast kinetic energy according to the actual situation, Jingtang 2 5500m ~ 3 blast furnace, the blast kinetic energy should be controlled at 115 ~ 149kJ / s, the wind speed of 236 ~ 259m / s.
