外耳道前壁骨折即颞骨鼓都骨折,临床上较少见。我院1978～1986年遇见3例,现报道如下:例1 女,53岁。因颌部跌伤,颌部及右耳道流血、疼痛急诊入院。检查:下颌部有2cm皮肤裂伤,周围组织淤血,张口及咀嚼困难,骨性外耳道前壁皮肤撕裂伴出血并可见两小块碎骨片进入耳道.行颌部创口缝合,清理外耳道碎骨片.两周后 Anterior external wall of the fracture that the temporal bone drum are fractures, clinically rare.
