作为一线教师的班主任肩负着繁重的日常管理工作,班级管理能够体现班主任的管理水平。班级管理是系统的教育工程,在此过程中班主任要和学生之间建立起良好的师生关系,培养学生树立正确的人生观和价值观,同时更要在班级管理中以培养学生的职业素养、职业道德为出发点,使学生成为合格的中等专业技术人才,既要对学生进行专业技能的培养,又要对学生进行思想品德教育,完成中职教育的培养目标,使学生具备就业能力。本文结合实践对中职班主任班级管理要素进行分析探究。
