高职教育中的因材施教与高职专业导师责任制的实施与思考

为了探索高职教育中的因材施教,借鉴研究生培养方式,在高职院校对优秀学生实施专业导师制试点与探索。实现了高职教育的通识教育、重基础的前期培养和后期专业及一技之长培养有机地结合,有利于发挥高职优秀学生示范和引领作用,更好地实现人才培养的目标和个性化培养的要求。本文以工业分析与检验专业为例,介绍了专业导师责任制的实施背景、特点及效果三方面的探索过程。 In order to explore the teaching in accordance with aptitude in higher vocational education, drawing on the training methods of postgraduates, the pilot and exploration of implementing professional tutor system for outstanding students in higher vocational colleges was explored. Realization of general education of higher vocational education, heavy foundation of pre-and post-professional training and skills training organically combine is conducive to the demonstration and leading role of high vocational students to better achieve the goal of personnel training and personalized training Claim. This article takes the industrial analysis and inspection major as an example, introduces the implementation background, characteristics and effectiveness of the professional tutor responsibility system in three aspects.
