“春来荠菜忽忘归”,想不到南宋爱国诗人陆游会这样迷恋荠菜。其实,我国人民自古以来,就把它作为珍稀蔬菜。最早的文字记载可能是春秋时代(公元前770—前476年)的《诗·邶风·谷风》:“谁谓茶苦,其甘如荠。”西晋文学家夏侯湛(243—291年)最爱吃荠菜,专门写了《荠赋》。到了唐代,每到“立春”这一天,人们都要吃荠菜馅的春饼,品尝荠菜为主料的春盘,并将它当作礼品互相馈赠。著名诗人孟浩然还吟出:“天边树若荠”的千古绝唱。
“Spring shepherd’s purse forgotten”, think of the Southern Song Dynasty patriotic poet Lu Youhui obsessed with shepherd’s purse. In fact, our people have treated it as a rare vegetable since ancient times. The earliest written records may be “poetry breeze wind Valley” in the Spring and Autumn Period (770 BC-476 BC): “Whoever is bitter, Gan Shui-cheng.” Xi Hou writer Zhan Hou Zhan (243-291) Shepherd’s purse favorite, specially wrote “chestnut Fu.” In the Tang Dynasty, every day of “beginning of spring”, people must eat spring puff pastry stuffed with shepherd’s purse, taste the spring plate of shepherd’s purse, and give each other gifts as gifts. Renowned poet Meng Haoran also recalled: “sky side of the tree if the chestnut,” the eternal love song.
