大多数青年体育教师(本文主要指从学校走向教师岗位的青年教师),都在自己工作的岗位上做出了很好的成绩。然而,也有少部分教师,却因自身的种种因素,使其角色形象在一部分人眼里遭到贬损,给工作的开展制造了种种障碍。笔者就自己的工作体会,谈谈易使青年体育教师角色贬损的几种因素。一、心理上自我期待值过高没有走上工作岗位之前,因为青年人都还没有经过工作实践的磨炼,因而想事情就容易简单,在满腔热情的驱使下,往往不自觉地拔高自我期待值,成就的目标树得过高,表现出自我认识不准确,自我评价失真。由于自我期待值过高,就难免看自己的长处多,看自己的不足少,不注意向老教师请教,轻易否定他人,不属于做小事情,不致力踏踏实实搞好教学训练工作,而是热衷于做一些与自己专业不对口的“大事业”,狂热地追求“自身价值的全面实现”。

However, there are also a small number of teachers who, because of their own various factors, have rendered their character images derogatory in the eyes of some people and have created various obstacles to the work. The author discussed his own work and talked about several factors that make the role of young PE teachers easy to be distorted. First, psychological self-expectation is too high before embarking on the job, because young people have not yet been through the practice of training, and therefore think of things is easy and simple, driven by enthusiasm, often unconsciously raise their self-expectations The goal of achievement is too high, showing that self-recognition is inaccurate and self-assessment is distorted. Due to the high self-expectation value, it is difficult to avoid looking at their own strengths, seeing their own deficiencies, not paying attention to the old teachers, easily deny others, do not belong to small things, do not commit themselves to do a good job teaching training, and It is keen to do some “big business” that does not correspond with its own profession, and zealously pursues “the full realization of its own value.”
