建立了近红外光谱(NIR)法测定广金钱草药材中的浸出物含量。采用偏最小二乘法对109批广金钱草中浸出物的测定结果与NIR建立定量校正模型,并用21批验证集样品对模型进行验证及方法学考察。所建立的校正模型,内部交叉验证决定系数为0.979,校正均方差为0.311,预测均方差为0.331,内部交叉验证均方差为0.568。
A method of near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) was established for the determination of the content of extracts in Herba chinensis herb. Partial least squares method was used to establish the quantitative calibration model for the determination of the leachate in 109 batches of Lonicera japonica Thunb. And the model was validated by 21 batches of validation samples and the methodological study was carried out. The calibration model established, the internal cross-validation decision coefficient is 0.979, the corrected mean square error is 0.311, the predicted mean square error is 0.331, and the internal cross-validation mean square error is 0.568.
