该项实验以氢化考的松造成的小白鼠动物模型为对象,在助阳药及滋阴药治疗同时进行组织学及组织化学观察,发现助阳药对早期实验动物作用不显著,滋阴药有一定的作用,而助阳药对后期的实验动物有显著作用,滋阴药却没有作用。实验征明:注射氢化考的松的小白鼠模型,早期以阴虚为主,而后期以阳虚为主。与此同时,观察长期服用滋阴药和助阳药的正常动物:滋阴药对动物的外貌及肝、脾、心组织学及组织化学没有异常变化,而服用助阳药附子、肉桂可出现不同程度的变化。
In this experiment, the animal model of mice caused by hydrocortisone was taken as the object.
