在过去的40年,难燃的合成聚合物对“无卤阻燃”的要求已经从抑燃变为降低烟和毒性。在未来十年,对具有可持续性的阻燃材料将有一定需求。满足可持续发展的要求是一项复杂的挑战,涉及到全面了解产品的生命周期,尤其要注重原材料的选择和报废处理。本文将介绍卤系阻燃剂不曾考量到的问题,并对防火材料的可持续发展要求和产品生命周期的关键领域进行讨论,最后,将介绍一些最近的可持续发展防火材料的实例。
In the past 40 years, the requirements for flame-retardant synthetic polymers for “halogen-free flame retardant” have changed from suppression to reduction of smoke and toxicity. In the next decade, there will be a demand for flame retardant materials that are sustainable. Meeting the requirements of sustainable development is a complex challenge involving a comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle, with particular emphasis on the selection and disposal of raw materials. This article will discuss the issues that halogen-based flame retardants have not considered, and discuss the sustainable development requirements of fire protection materials and key areas of the product life cycle. Finally, we will introduce some recent examples of sustainable development of fire protection materials.
