以富硒蛹虫草胞内多糖为材料,采用邻苯三酚法、Fenton法和对DPPH的清除作用,研究了硒多糖的对超氧自由基、羟自由基和有机自由基的清除作用。试验表明:硒多糖具有较好的清除超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基和有机自由基DPPH的能力,硒多糖清除自由基的能力与空白多糖相比具有显著差异(P<0.01)。与空白多糖相比,硒多糖清除DPPH的能力最强,其次是羟自由基,最后是超氧阴离子自由基。
The polysaccharide from selenium - enriched Cordyceps militaris was used as material to study the scavenging effect of selenium polysaccharide on superoxide, hydroxyl and organic free radicals by pyrogallol method, Fenton method and DPPH scavenging effect. The results showed that selenium polysaccharide had better abilities to scavenge superoxide anion radical, hydroxyl radical and organic radical DPPH. The ability of selenium polysaccharide to scavenge free radical was significantly different from that of blank polysaccharide (P <0.01). Compared with the blank polysaccharide, selenium polysaccharide scavenging DPPH strongest, followed by hydroxyl free radicals, and finally superoxide anion free radicals.
