绞股蓝总皂苷对注射内毒素家兔血流动力学和继发DIC的影响

目的 探讨绞股蓝总皂苷 (GPS)对注射内毒素的家兔血流动力学和继发DIC的影响。方法 动物静脉麻醉后 ,取血测量血液某些指标和NO水平。通过二道生理记录仪和SMUP A型生物信号处理仪测量血压及血流动力学指标。动物处死后 ,取血再次测量血液某些指标和NO水平。结果 对照组实验前后各指标没有出现明显的变化 (P >0 0 5 )。内毒素 (LPS)组血流动力学指标在实验后 4h、6h时与实验前和对照组比较P <0 0 1,实验后血小板数和纤维蛋白原明显低于实验前 (P <0 0 1) ,实验后NO-2 明显高于实验前 ,实验后的凝血酶原时间明显延长。GPS组实验后 4h时血流动力学指标明显好于LPS组 (P <0 0 1) ;实验后 6h时 ,血流动力学指标与实验前和对照组比较较差 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但好于LPS组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;实验后的NO-2 浓度高于实验前和对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但低于LPS组实验后的NO-2浓度 (P <0 0 5 ) ;实验后测量的血液指标好于LPS组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 绞股蓝总皂苷对注射内毒素的家兔血流动力学有保护作用和抗内毒素休克 ,预防继发DIC的作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of gypenosides (GPS) on hemodynamics and secondary DIC in rabbits injected with endotoxin. Methods Animals were anesthetized and blood was taken to measure certain blood levels and NO levels. The blood pressure and hemodynamic parameters were measured by two physiological recorders and a SMUP A bio-signal processor. After the animals were sacrificed, blood was taken again to measure certain blood levels and NO levels. Results There was no significant change in the indicators before and after the experiment in the control group (P > 0 05). The hemodynamic parameters in the endotoxin (LPS) group were compared with the pre-experimental and control groups at 4 h and 6 h after the experiment. P <0 01, platelet count and fibrinogen after the experiment were significantly lower than before the experiment (P <0 0 1 ) After the experiment, NO-2 was significantly higher than before the experiment, and the prothrombin time after the experiment was significantly prolonged. The hemodynamic parameters were significantly better in the GPS group than in the LPS group at 4 hours after the experiment (P <0 01). At 6 hours after the experiment, the hemodynamic parameters were worse than before and in the control group (P <0 05). However, it was better than LPS group (P <0 05). The concentration of NO-2 after the experiment was higher than that before the experiment and the control group (P <0 05) but lower than the concentration of NO-2 after the experiment of the LPS group (P <0 0 5 ) ; The blood parameters measured after the experiment were better than the LPS group (P <0 05). Conclusion Gynostemma total saponins have protective effect on endotoxin-injected rabbit hemodynamics and anti-endotoxin shock to prevent secondary DIC.
