用粉末冶金法制备了含有合金元素Pb及Sn的高铜碳刷,研究了合金元素对显微组织结构及基本性能的影响,用含缺陷的对偶材料在销盘式摩擦磨损试验机上进行了摩擦磨损试验。结果表明:Pb的添加降低了碳刷的硬度、压溃强度、导电性及耐磨性,增加了密度,减小了孔隙率;Sn的添加提高了碳刷的密度、硬度、压溃强度和耐磨性,降低了导电性及孔隙率,得到了最均匀组织。摩擦副的缺陷加速了碳刷的磨损。
High-carbon carbon brushes containing alloying elements Pb and Sn were prepared by powder metallurgy. The effects of alloying elements on the microstructure and basic properties were investigated. Friction was tested on the pin-plate friction and wear tester with the defective dual material Wear test. The results showed that the addition of Pb reduced the hardness, crush strength, electrical conductivity and wear resistance of carbon brush, increased the density and decreased the porosity. The addition of Sn increased the density, hardness, crush strength and Wear resistance, reduced conductivity and porosity, get the most uniform organization. Friction pair defects accelerate the brush wear.
