本文报道了对国内47个地区的部分蜂花粉(Bee Pollen)的菌落总数,大肠菌群数和致病菌(乙型链球菌、沙门氏菌、葡萄球菌)的检测结果。结果表明:这些蜂花粉每克含有的菌落总数在几千至几千万个之间。但多数为非病源性微生物。所检蜂花粉的大肠菌群数,有92.3%小于500个/100g;均未检出致病菌。同时提示:蜂花粉的氨基酸含量同微生物的数量并没有绝对的负相关性;其营养价值和质量用多个指标综合评价更为客观。而花粉的含水量、贮存温度对微生物的生长有关系。
This paper reports the results of the detection of the number of colony, coliform bacteria and pathogenic bacteria (Streptococcus agalactiae, Staphylococcus aureus) in some parts of Bee Pollen in 47 regions in China. The results showed that the total number of colonies that these bee pollen contained per gram ranged from a few thousand to tens of millions. But most are non-pathogenic microorganisms. The number of coliform bacteria in the pollen collected was 92.3% less than 500 / 100g; no pathogens were detected.
